Florida Scientist Advertising Policies

Advertising in Florida Scientist is encouraged and dependent on availability of space in the journal. A one-page ad in an Issue is $150 for black and white or grayscale copy. Camera-ready copy or digital image ready to print must be in the hands of the editor according to the following schedule:

Issue 1 (mails on February 21): November 15
Issue 2 (mails on April 21): January 15
Issue 3 (mails on July 21): April 15
Issue 4 (mails on October 21): July15

Each submission must be accompanied by a parallel submission to the business manager of a purchase order or payment made out to “Florida Academy of Sciences”. Later submission times are possible depending on the journal schedule and agreement of the editors. Contact the Business Manager for printer’s requirements for digital images. The Academy reserves the right not to print ads that are contrary to its purposes.
